Two-component polyurethane low-modulus thermally conductive structural adhesive featuring an excellent thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K, coupled with high bonding strength, high toughness, low modulus, and superior mechanical impact resistance. It is suitable for bonding various substrates, primarily metals, plastics, rubber, polyester, and other materials. It meets requirements for low odor and low VOC emissions, and complies with EU ROHS and REACH regulations.
